DiversityInc Names Toyota as One of the Top 50 Companies for Diversity

Toyota has been ranked 36th by DiversityInc in their recent publication's tenth annual diversity survey. Toyota has moved up 4 positions from #40 last year and competed against 449 other companies in this year's survey. DiversityInc gathers data from a detailed survey and rates the companies based on the results. The following strengths are shared by the top 50 companies: CEO Commitment, Human Capital, Corporate and Organizational Communications, and Supplier Diversity.
Dian Ogilvie, Senior Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer at Toyota Motor North America said "At Toyota, we believe continued growth toward a more inclusive culture is necessary for business success.
